By accessing and using the Dently website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Dently provides dental practice management software, including patient records, appointment scheduling, billing, inventory management, payroll, and communication tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Dently platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are owned by Northern or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

Northern shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Dently platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
